SMY MANGGUANA TERM & CONDITIONS
Included:
* 7 days / 6 nights cruise on the vessel with full service including 3 meals per day.
* Transfer from Labuhanbajo airport to vessel
* All excursions as specified in the program
* All soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea and bottled water is available 24 hours/day
* Use of snorkeling equipment
* Cruise director services dive master and the 8 crew member’s
Non-included:
* Transfers to / from Bali airport
* Domestic flights from Indonesian International airports (Denpasar, Jakarta…) to Labuhan bajo
* Tips for the crew (about us$20.00 - per passagers)
* Alcoholic beverages consumed on board
* Personal expenses
* Rental of diving equipment (us$15.00 per day or us$75.00 per week).
* Komodo National Park entrance fees us$35 / passengers
Divers:
- Dive equipment is available for rent from Sanur, Bali
- Divers have to be certified (proof of your license)
Deposit & Payment policy:
- RESERVATIONS: Confirmation Deposit of 30 % is required within 05 days from reservation. Balance Payment (BP) is due in our bank account minimum 75 days prior to commencement of services
- In case a booking is made within 75 days prior of departure, full payment is expected within 10 days from reservation
- PAYMENTS: All rates are quoted net in US$ where applicable. The invoices paid on arrival can be in either us$ or Euro at current exchange rate upon request
- Prices may be changed without prior notice. Full balance by cash or ‘Telegraphic Transfer’ (Free of Bank charges) is due minimum 75 days before commencement of services
Mangguana Cancellation policy:
A 200 US$ per person cancellation fee applies for cancellations up to 75 days prior to departure There will be no refund for cancellations made within 75 days of departure. If Confirmation Deposit or Balance Payment does not reach Komodo LIveaboards within the said period, reservation can be cancelled / delayed / rescheduled or replaced without prior notice and without any refund of any payments (confirmation deposits) already made. Substitution of passengers is permitted.
